Christine Rose passionately believes in the power of women. A Seattle native, Christine invests decades of life experience, business acumen, leadership development skills, and tough love to help women business owners and female executives create their best futures, by design.
After retiring from a career in business and nonprofit development, Christine opened her coaching practice working with women (and a few smart men) from a variety of industries including retail, tech, education, non-profit, and the trades. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Georgetown University, a Certificate in Fundraising Management from University of Washington, and is a graduate of Coach U’s Advanced Corporate Coaching Program. Christine is a member of International Christian Coaches Association and the International Coach Federation (ICF) and serves as an ICF coach in the Ignite (United Nations global) program. In addition to working with business and executive clients in the private sector, Christine hosts two MeetUp groups for South Sound Business Owners and offers pro bono coaching quarterly to a selected nonprofit organization. Christine relishes the excitement of watching women from all walks of life attain lasting growth and success through coaching.
As a Certified Taylor Protocols CVI™ coach, Christine offers her clients access to the Core Values Index™, the only assessment reliably (over 95% repeat score reliability) measuring the innate, unchanging core values that are wired into your nature. Clients finally understand who they are at the deepest level, why they’re here, and they’re able to apply their values and skills to work with a sense of purpose, increasing performance and joy in all endeavors. Businesses have a new tool to reduce hiring and HR expenses while growing the number of top performers on their teams and increasing team effectiveness.
Fully enjoying every minute of her “retirement” career and life, Christine serves on the Advisory Boards of Attain Housing in Kirkland, Urnban Business Support in Tacoma, and Educational Communities Worldwide, a global NPO bringing educational and travel opportunites to young people around the globe. She is a mom of two adult daughters and when not heading off to sunny places, she loves gardening, dancing, and decaf coconut milk lattes on the deck of her lakefront home with a view of Mt. Rainier.
